Dysphoric disorder told by our own experiences

We have subtitled and edited a video created by @mevpmdd so that we feel that we are not alone. There are many women who have the same or similar symptoms and we are all in the fight to get adequate treatments for each one of us. Unfortunately in Spain there is not such a good structure as they have developed in the United States and England, which have been researching for years and there is much more awareness than here where many professionals have not even heard of both diseases and do not give them importance or are misdiagnosed with diseases psychiatric.

We hope the video helps to give hope that the awareness we need will come soon thanks to the collaboration we have with the association in the United States.

Together we can always face all this in a more human way and not feeling so alone.
